Refunds

Full refund within 7 days of any payment, no questions asked: the reading, the partner report, Your 2027 or a month of daily readings. Ask on our refund and help form with the email you paid with. The money is back on your card within 5 to 10 business days.

Cancelling the daily reading

One tap on your account page: "Cancel daily readings". No call, no form, no questions. The link to your account is in every email we send you, or get it by email on the cancel page. You keep your readings until the end of the month you paid for, and nothing more is charged.
